Please look at the missing forms list document. It has been updated. If your child’s name is on the list, please turn in the missing forms and to the registration window no later then August 21st! If we do not receive them, your child will not be able to participate in any games until they are turned in. If you are unsure that you turned in the forms, just stop by the registration window and Misty will let you know. If you have any questions please let us know.
